I lost my spare tire easily.
I forgot to close the car boot.
well no more lucky charms for breakfast
For people who don’t know what HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using cardio machines or even weights. The reason for that is because not only do you burn calories during HIIT. But you burn them when are are more sedetary.
And alittle reminder for all the atkins diet clients carbs do not make you fat. Eating more calories than you burn will cause you to gain body fat. Now if you are a bodybuilder such as myself then all the calorie deficit and calorie surplus is a different story
i can tell all you people that there are three ways to burn body fat
1. Eat a calorie defeict not to low or your body will be catabolic (starvation mode)
2. Eat good healthy calories don’t listen to all these garage ads promoting fat loss diets listen to your body if it doesn’t work for you don’t do it. Make your our diet plan that works for your body.
3. Work your ass off in the gym. Staring at weights and the treadmill will not make you any less leaner. Do HIIT and weight training

there’s a simpler way of doing it. Eat less, exersize more. If you just eat what you want you will probably be able to maintain muscle because most people like meat and they like potatoes so that protein and carbs will prevent muscle loss. if you just eat less calories than your body burns up you will lose fat
Because Cardio is more of a ‘last option’ to loose weight, that is unless you’re extremely overweight. All you really need is a good diet and exercise.

Of couse dieting will get rid of a spare tire. THERE ARE CERTAIN EXERCISES That help you loose a spare tire faster. I am half way thru a monster truck tire myself and doing well. One easy thing that helps ALOT is a STATIONARY BIKE. The trick is to put the seat as low as possible. Also Hula Hooping.
A very knowledgeable girl I once worked with told me about some crazy university study. They had a group of ppl that just dieted, one that dieted and exercised, and one that just exercised to lose weight. After a year they all stopped the program. 2 years later, they were all re-evaluated. Those that JUST dieted gained their weight back and then some. Those that dieted and exercised were around the same as before they started, and those that JUST exercised kept it off the hole time. ? ? ?
You could be as blue as the sky from excersizing but that wont do a thing if you dont eat right!
Pretty much all you need to do is cut back on the fatty foods and eat right. Drinking lots of water will help to. I would still recommend doing crunches and sit-ups but throw in a walk or a jog. To sum it up, just eat healthier and right and excersize!
Eat well and proper meals, drink lots of distilled water or clean water, stay away from Soy products and exercise with a plan and with proper and safe supplements.
so i could have a badass 6 pack underneath all my fat?..well, what you said is true, thats the main reason i give up. whats the best thing i could do, besides diet? im at 270 5′7″, pretty big.

if you lose weight GRADUALY and steady your skin will shrink back- to a point , the saggy skin problem usually happens because of very fast diets and sudden weight loss- the skin cells need time to adjust .
its true, so many overweight people try to get a sixpack by doing loads of sit-ups and give up without getting results …….the reason is the ab muscles get bigger UNDER a layer of fat .
