I’m about average right now. You can see my shoulders and upper arms are real deafined(from playing sports when I was younger). I’m about average on the midsection and there is some fat I could lose on my midsection and arms(not too much just a little). I was wondering Since I wan’t to get more toned and more deafinition and not the bulky look if I should Focus on Cardio,anerobic excersises like push ups,sit ups,pull ups, for a while to lose the excess fat and firm up and then start a strengh routine what do you think?. I don’t really wan’t the bulky big muscular guy type of thing going for myself. More like a slim well toned thing going know what I’m saying?. What can I do to lose some of this fat and get more defined. I especially wan’t good deafinition in my arms i know push ups should help but any other excersises I can do that will give my arms the defined look and not gain any bulk?. thanks.
